Job Summary
Based at Menara Airport at Marrakech (RAK), the Lounge Manager is responsible for overseeing Aspire’s executive lounges and Fast Track operations at multiple stations across Morocco. This role ensures the delivery of a seamless, premium guest experience while managing daily operations, leading on-site teams, and maintaining service, quality, and compliance standards across all assigned locations. Reporting to the Area General Manager – Morocco, the Lounge Manager plays a key role in aligning local operations with Aspire’s global brand vision and service excellence.

Overseethird-partyproviders (catering,cleaning,maintenance),ensuringquality,efficiency,andcontractualcompliance.
Conductregularsitevisitstomonitorservicedeliveryandensureuniformstandardsacrossstations.

Your profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in hospitality,Tourism,orarelatedfield.
Atleast5yearsofexperienceinthehospitalityoraviationindustry,with3+yearsinamanagerialrole.
Experienceoverseeingmulti-siteormulti-departmentaloperationsisastrongadvantage.
Provenabilitytoleaddiverseteamsanddeliverconsistentlyhighguestsatisfaction.
Financialacumenandexperiencemanagingbudgetsandcostcontrols.
FluentinEnglish andFrench.
Strongcommunication,organization,andproblem-solvingskills.
WillingnesstotraveltootherMoroccanstationsasrequired.
