Job brief

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy candidate with a strong sales background for our office in Casablanca. Previous experience in international education is highly desirable. Job responsibilities include recruitment of international students as well as counselling skills inclusive of reliability and excellent communication. You should ideally be familiar with the education industry and various visa processes. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Correct filtration and prioritisation of leads- to identify the best prospects.

Set up appointments with students to find and discuss the best options for them when it comes to studying abroad.

We are looking for a candidate who can use their initiative to also find new leads and network with them for example, through social networks and online platforms.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone confident who can close deals and work within a team.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience within sales

Working proficiency in English, French and Arabic

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (powerpoint, word and excel)

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Minimum of 1 year professional experience

Proactive, flexible, reliable

Bac + 3

Desirable Requirements

Knowledge of international visa processes

Bac + 5
