• Receive customer programs : EDI (computer data interchange);
• Analyze the feasibility of programs with current production conditions;
• Negotiate the possibilities of adjusting the programs with the capacity of the plant;
• Communicate to the various departments the impact of new orders on the capacity levels of the factory;
• Prepare the BuildPlan (MPS) as well as the Upload (MRP);
• Prepare the production and assembly plan including capacity studies;
• Ensure the daily production schedule;
• Ensure the application and maintenance of the conditions of the production system;
• Analysis of machines that exceed capacity;
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the MPC department;
• Collaborate with all departments related to production to ensure the achievement of optimal results;
• Modification of the schedule in the event of production incapacity;
• Ensure a succinct analysis of the client programs received in order to guarantee the best optimal results;
• Ensure the application of quality standards;
• Ensure the application of safety standards;
• Ensure the application of environmental procedures.
