Your mission will involve engaging with customers directly to ensure they successfully leverage our innovative platform. By analyzing product usage, you'll identify friction points and propose tailored solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement. Collaborating closely with various teams, your goal is to drive commercial outcomes that contribute to lasting relationships and sustained revenue growth. Accountabilities

• Drive adoption of the audio AI platform across Southern Europe.
• Administer onboarding and enablement tactics for various products.
• Analyze product usage and performance to identify and address issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive renewals and upsells.
• Measure success through Gross Revenue Retention and Net Revenue Retention.
