The Role
We are growing and are looking for aspiring Lead Generation Recruitment Associate / Talent Sourcer who will join our diverse team. Together we will work to recruit the best candidates worldwide and ensure the candidate and client experience is supportive and enjoyable. This opportunity is a unique chance to improve your communication and time-management skills and be a part of our startup adventure.
Your tasks :
- Research candidates on online platforms (e.g. Linkedin, Glassdoor, Xing, Google etc)
- Proactively reach out to candidates via possible sources (lead generation activity) to generate interest on roles you’re working on.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand the hiring needs and requirements for open positions
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates using various tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and communication in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide regular updates to the recruiting team on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines
