CGC Thomas is currently the retained recruitment partner with a global medical devices company who specialise in the Orthopaedic space. We are recruiting for a Country Manager for their Morocco subsidiary. The organisation are a very well-established and successful brand in the Morocco market with an established team and distributor partner.
Responsibility :
- Manage the existing team of 5 direct reports and additional distributor partner handling the sales nationwide.
- Report into the Global Sales Director
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the companies sales in line with the revenue targets
- Maintain the high standards in place at the subsidiary to ensure the high brand value of the organisation in Morocco is maintained
- General Management responsibility for the Commercial, Operations, Finance and Administration of the subsidiary
