The People & Culture Intern Northern & Western Africa (N&WA) will work closely with the N&WA People & Culture team on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Wellbeing projects within the 13 markets included in the N&WA cluster.

She / he will also collaborate in other projects within the People & Culture (Human Resources) area, such as Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Internal Communications, and much more!

We offer a 6-month paid internship and this position is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow and develop within the Human Resources field in a multinational and dynamic company.

What you will do :

  • Talent Acquisition : Support the People & Culture team and the Line managers in recruitment activities,

including support for :  job postings, screening, interviewing, feedback, as well as supporting onboarding activities.

  • Employer Branding : Support in the launch, communication and follow up of Employer Branding projects
  • and initiatives. Identify and drive opportunities to attract talent and advertise JTI as a Top Employer.

  • Wellbeing : Support in the coordination and organization of all the wellbeing activities, including internal
  • communications, events, etc.

  • Learning & Development : Collaborate in the definition and implementation of the training and development
  • actions within the N&WA cluster.

  • Collaborate in other Human Resources projects, such as Diversity and Inclusion and Internal
  • Communications .

  • Provide support in all the P&C Administrative tasks and reports .
  • We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, curious and organized intern. The candidate must demonstrate

    great communication skills and have a positive mindset, she / he will be expected to come up with bright

    and innovative ideas but also follow process that are already in place. The ideal candidate should

    excell in self-organization skills, be focused and attentive to detail.

    Education : Final year Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources, Legal, Finance or in

    Marketing / Communication with a strong interest in Human Resources.

    Languages : Fluent in French, English & Arabic both written & spoken.

    Stage in HR is a plus, however no previous experience is required.
