Job Description

You will join our Da Vinci team which is focused on the implementation and customization of the new ERP and CRM systems - Microsoft Dynamics AX and Salesforce within the Arrow EMEA region. BTO Team consist of 21 supportive individuals spread across Poland, France, UK, Spain, and Morocco. Candidate will join BTO Sales team consisting of 6 individuals : 2 located in Poland, two in Spain and two in Morocco. What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders from different countries to enhance and develop our EMEA Ecosystem applications implementation
• Cooperating with business clients, evaluating their needs and requests from a technical and functional point of view
• Ensuring the quality and support of our business community as a subject matter expert
• Performing ongoing analysis of business requirements to optimize business processes, prioritizing the initiatives depending on business needs, reviewing and validating value-added of developed solutions for all stakeholders
• Gathering functional requirements and priorities from all EMEA business partners and delivering it to IT
• Developing and implementing best practices for efficient business support
• Acting as the single point of contact for the business community for business requirements,
• Managing the review and validation of functional specification documents
• Managing user acceptance tests of delivered solutions
• Monitoring the whole process and thinking of continuous improvement, analyzing reports and ROI measurements
