Rôle :

- Create a scalable and repeatable marketing engine;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention;
- Identify, develop, and optimize growth channels to drive revenues growth;
- Identify and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive growth, increase customer acquisition, and generate leads;

- Unlock complicated blockers that prevent many marketers from achieving scale or efficiency;
- Test ideas, find ways to automate, rinse and repeat;
- Analyze and optimize on lower-funnel metrics to ensure campaign ROI improves as it scales;
- Engage with a Sales team to support efforts and team goals;
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth hacking and digital marketing;
Missions :
Conduct data analysis and research : Utilize analytical tools and techniques to analyze user behavior, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify growth opportunities. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and emerging trends.Optimize marketing funnels : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to optimize our marketing funnels. Implement A / B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) improvements to increase conversion rates and drive customer engagement.Manage digital marketing campaigns : Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI and drive growth.Implement marketing automation : Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize lead generation, nurturing, and customer retention processes.
