DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for  Administrative Operations Responsible  in  Morocco.  In this specific position you will have to Manage and direct the warehousing operations to achieve the annual objectives

In this Administrative Operations Responsible position

• You will have to ensure the order process and follow-up of deliveries to customers
• You will analyze customer complaints, manage and optimize logistics costs
• You will work in compliance with company policies and procedures
• You will have to control the arrival of raw materials, check that the flow respects the company's quality approach.
• You will have to prepare invoices for different customers, improve IT tools to minimize task processing time.
• You will have to assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities.
• You will have to develop project specifications, identify actors and establish roadmaps
• You will have to encourage the brainstorming process
• You will have to choose optimal solutions according to predefined criteria and lead projects from the start
• You will ensure the communication of objectives and the progress of projects
• You will provide customers with full shipment visibility and movement as per customs compliance Set up performance indicators
• You will participate in contract logistics files
