Description de posteAS400 architecture review / Design Technical Advisor Level 3 support troubleshooting Technology leadership Responsible for all aspects of the planning, change management, implementation and support of the AS400 system roadmap Lead, establish and implement 'best-practice' standards as well as departmental policies and procedures. Find cost effective solutions in accordance to business need Work closely with procurement on tenders Identifies opportunities to increase accuracy and develops, recommends and implements solutions. Develops insightful, value-added and actionable analyses with detailed explanations regarding drivers of those results. Fluency in French & English (written and spoken) Presents organized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organisation. Utilises variety of interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adapt to new work structures, processes, or cultures. Demonstrates follow-up skills. Provides timely and professional support to all internal / external customers. Leads by example. Effective organizational, leadership and presentation skills. Strong business focus with a demonstrated ability to act in partnership with management teams. Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees. Performs with high level of initiative exhibiting persistence and willingness to stimulate new ideas within the organization. Flexibility to work long hours under pressure during system outages and major implementations Team-oriented. Works with minimal supervision. 10+ years of experience with IBM iSeries (P8, P9), Storage Virtualization Solution by IBM (SVC) 10+ years of experience of AS400 Administration IBM Storage (Flash, Mechanical HD) IBM DRP between multiple DC (Synchronous, Asynchronous) A minimum of 5 years of leadership, project management or other management experience. Extensive experience working with remote teams delivering services across multi-site, regional and global environments. Knowledge of AS400 tuning / Performance DB2 Tuning and Administration SOX Compliance will be an add value Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
