Role Responsibilities :

  • Develop Trade Marketing Strategy : Design Trade Marketing strategy and initiatives to drive performance of distributors, key accounts and retailers.
  • Executing Trade Programs : Execute trade programs including but not limited to trade campaigns, customer engagement program.
  • Trade Analytics : Leverage trade datas and derive opportunities to build compelling campaigns and business cases.
  • Communication & Tracking : Developing effective communication channels with distributor and retailer to implement and adjust trade strategy.

Role Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with hands on experience in running major Trade projects.
  • Background in FMCG / Electronics / Retail industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language skills : English & French is a must.
  • A team player who takes ownership to drive results.
