Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant to support our Finance and Administration team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of finance and administrative tasks and a basic proficiency in English. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provider invoice verification and processing, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Client invoice control and issuance.
- Control of request received from client and providers.
- Prepayments loading, control and reconciliation.
- Client and provider reconciliation.
- Communication with Clients and providers.
- Create, monitor, and overheads and accruals journal entries.
- Support the Finance Manager in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Assist in the preparation and management of documents, reports, correspondence, financial statements.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc financial and administrative reports as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide necessary support, including coordinating office supplies and inventory management.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Manager.
- Strong accounting and administrative knowledge
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Office tools proficiency (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Studies in finance area or similar
- Experience using Navision would be a plus
- Good communication skills.
