The Job

Your daily grind looks like this :

Build targeted lists of content creators who fit our product.

Send 100+ outreach messages per day (yes, you read that right).

Follow up relentlessly with prospects who don't respond.

Book calls with our head of marketing and partnerships.

The Profile

Someone who can work AUTONOMOUSLY and make decisions without hand-holding

A person who's not scared to get their hands dirty and figure out systems / tools to automate outreach

Someone who can take OWNERSHIP - you might start as Creative Partnerships Lead but could become Head of Partnerships

A hustler who understands this is a STARTUP, not a 9-5 job
