Purpose of the role :
Achieve the revenue target of assigned BR stores in their region, maintain and enhance the operations and ensure compliance to the pre-established Standards of Procedures.
Financial
Revenue - Completely own the revenue targets for the group of assigned parlors and allocate the budgeted revenue and respective category targets to each parlors and team members on timeProductivity - Increase the productivity - revenue per parlor and revenue per steward by ensuring optimal and stretched staffing and increasing the AUVStock Management - Ensure the ice cream stock is managed as per the company standards and there is zero negative stock variance at all timesCompetition - Monitor competitors and their activities and provide timely updates / feedbacks to the team / managementand work out a plan to retain and increase the market leadership of the area. Suggest to the leadership team on various initiatives that will increase the market leadership and execute the sameRevenue Budget Tracking - Ensure robust parlor wise revenue targets MIS are maintained and give daily updates on the targets to ensure achievement of the budgeted targetsCost management – analyze the expenses of each parlor across all expense heads and ensure optimal spent and increase the parlor profitabilityCustomer
Treat our Guest with all respect at all times and our guest are constantly delighted with polite, respectful, friendly and effective serviceEnsure we increase the guest satisfaction scores and there are Zero guest complaints. If there are Guest complaints the same should be resolved in a positive manner that will not impact our great brandInternal Business Process
Ensure all the set internal processes pertaining to Food Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene, SOPs, Tools and Equipment’s by GICC and DBI are followed and excelled at all timesResponsible for monitoring the accurate reporting of all details pertaining to sales figures, category data, stock movement, petty cash related to parlorsTo ensure the implementation of all the GICC marketing and operations procedures in your area, as per the guidelines.People
Set clear expectations and individual KPIs for the team. Ensure daily tracking of the revenue report with the parlors and employees that will ensure we are focused on sales at all times
