Description de posteBachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics or equivalent practical experience. 1+ year of experience in a product, data-based, or business analyst role, preferably within the tech industry. Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships are also welcome to apply. Highly analytical and critical, and passionate about working with data. Good problem-solving skills : able to locate complex issues, deconstruct, and identify solutions. Having the ability to work in a structured manner while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to refine operational processes as needed. Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure. Proficient in English, Arabic, and French both verbal and written. Proficiency in Turkish will be considered an advantage. Highly passionate about games. Being a hardcore gamer is a plus. Willing to travel around if required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement strategic in-game event pipeline to boost the active user retention and pool.
- Liaise with other stakeholders (local and regional teams) to align on the strategic event planning.
- Manage live product operations from product configuration to live, including conducting quality assurance processes to test the product's functionality and reporting bugs.
- Conduct quality assurance processes on in-game events and new features / builds.
- Handle ad-hoc Arabic and French localization requests.
- Analyze user behavior and translate it to product improvements that enhance gameplay, features, and overall user experience.
