Our partner is an international company, specialised in turnkey project management worldwide.
Main objective :
Development of all planning and scheduling tools to be used for preparation, control, monitoring and reporting of project progress and status,
monitoring and reporting on the progress and status of the project.
Mission :
- Preparation of Resource and Cost Loaded Baseline Schedule.
- Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports including project KPIs.
- Tracking and Monitoring of all activities and Deliverable such as Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
- Delay events record and assessing overall impacts on project
- Monitoring of costs and resources and daily control of site activities
- Client and management presentation preparation
- Coordination with project site team and subcontractors and management of site meetings
Profile required :
Degree in civil engineeringAt least 7 years experience on large-scale construction projects (tertiary sector : buildings, hospitals, shopping centres, etc. )A perfect knowledge of Primavera, attested by a certificationAbility to read, speak and write fluently in English is imperativeGood computer skillsA good command of the Microsoft office pack is necessary for this positionIf your profile matches, don't hesitate to apply by sending your CV in English via the email address
