As part of our company´s growth, ARROW Morocco is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Graphic Designer !
Objectives
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using Adobe Creative Cloud apps to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
What You’ll Be Doing at Arrow?
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, PowerPoint presentations, collateral, conference signage, videos, motion graphics, internal communications, newsletters, and digital marketing assetsTranslate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identityManage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a project management systemUse trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classificationsIncorporates marketing strategy and conducts research to understand current market and competitor products before executing design. Develops design strategy and advises marketing of new ideas.Who are we looking for?
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skillsFive or more years of experience (academic and professional) with Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere and After EffectsStrong familiarity working on lead generation / lead nurturing campaigns creating assets like e-mails, landing pages, product web pages, animated GIFs, videos, social carousels, infographics, eBooks, PowerPoint presentations, and other current digital assetsAbility to create branding elements from concept to execution like logos, color palettes, typography treatments and brand guidelinesAdept design and animation skills with Microsoft PowerPointExcellent communication and presentation skillsOrganizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDesire to continue building skill set with education and trainingOnline portfolio is MANDATORY !Preferred skills and qualifications
Working experience with a B2B creative agency or in-house marketing department catering to technology companies within the IT channelExperience with in-person conference concepting, environmental assets and event signageBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related disciplineStrong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After EffectsFamiliarity with Eloqua, Umbraco, Vidyard and PlayableKnowledge of content management systemsPhotography experience and proficiency with photo-editing softwareWhat is in it for you?
