Description de posteLead and manage regional projects for the opening, renovation, or expansion of restaurants across Morocco Collaborate with senior management to define project objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Create detailed project plans and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes. Coordinate with local teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and monitoring of expenses. Provide regular reports on project status, including financial performance, risks, and deviations from budget. Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures while maintaining the quality of deliverables. Manage to comply within maintenance and Capex budgets Lead a diverse team of architects, contractors, designers, and local operations teams. Act as the central point of communication between project teams, management, and external vendors. Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure all teams are on track, addressing any challenges or roadblocks. Ensure all regional restaurant projects align with the company’s quality standards for design, functionality, and customer experience. Oversee the implementation of consistent restaurant design and layout standards, ensuring that all locations reflect the brand's vision and values. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, assessing progress and verifying that work meets the agreed-upon specifications and industry standards. Work with contractors, designers, and construction teams to resolve any issues related to construction quality, design execution, or safety compliance. Ensure that all regional restaurant projects meet the company’s standards for quality, design, and functionality. Oversee compliance with local regulations and industry standards for restaurant construction, design, health, and safety. Conduct site inspections and walkthroughs to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and timelines. Identify potential risks to the successful completion of projects and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Proactively address and resolve issues related to delays, cost overruns, and resource shortages. Provide on-the-ground support during critical stages of the project to ensure smooth execution. Maintain regular communication with senior management and other stakeholders, providing updates on project status and key milestones. Prepare and present comprehensive reports, including project timelines, financials, and key challenges. Ensure all stakeholders are informed of any changes to project scope, timeline, or budget. Understand the unique challenges and regulations within the region. Adapt project strategies to meet the local market’s cultural, economic, and operational needs. Foster strong relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project success in Morocco. Train and mentor local project teams to build capabilities and ensure long-term success for the restaurant operations in each region. Support the operations team in the training and onboarding of staff at new restaurant locations. Conduct post-project evaluations to measure success, identify areas of improvement, and capture lessons learned for future projects. Ensure that new locations are operationally ready and seamlessly integrated into the broader business operations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all existing stores (HVAC, kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Ensure all existing stores meet health, safety, and environmental regulations as per the local laws

Poste :
The Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and completion of Restaurant projects across Morocco. This role involves coordinating across different teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and driving the successful rollout / opening of new restaurants, renovations, or operational improvements in the region.
This role will overview all projects for Laduree Morocco and will report to Regional Projects Manager in UAE and Country Manager- Morocco.

Civil Engineering / Construction Engineer
Proven experience as a Project Manager in restaurant or F&B projects
