Job Overview

Responsible for providing financial analysis, guidance, and support to the Sales Leaders and / or Product General Manager and Product Management team. These positions are expected to ensure profitable growth by improving Sales and / or Product Management performance through enhanced analysis, reporting, key performance indicator tracking, and follow up on critical items. Financial responsibilities include evaluating PAC projects, capital investments, product extensions, product pricing and rebate agreements, Strategic Plan process and long term P&L modelling, competitive and scenario analyses, driving financial intelligence and rigor across Finance and other non-Finance functions.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Business partner for Commercial functions, with a focus on ICT product management
• Support forecast and analytics around product line profitability and price erosion
• Drive and support process improvements related to customer owned tooling (COT) and customer contributions to tooling
• Partner with product management during annual strategic planning to assess long term impact of strategic wins
• Lead improvements for product profitability, with an emphasis on negative or low margin parts
• Build models to assess impact of growth in the markets
• Assist in month end financial reporting, quarterly earnings release analysis, and ad hoc analysis as requested by business unit management, segment management or corporate FP&A team
• Building dashboards and automating regular reports
• Support ad hoc requests from product management, pricing etc.
