R & CSR Manager – Francophone Africa

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Lead recruitment efforts : strategy, budgeting, sourcing, and coordination with Group HR.

Drive performance management processes and talent development initiatives.

Oversee administrative HR duties and ensure legal / social compliance.

Manage health, safety, and training plans.

Execute the CSR roadmap in alignment with Group policies.

Benchmark HR best practices to improve engagement, retention, and productivity.

Provide consistent reporting to both local management and Group HQ.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in a similar HR role across multiple countries. (5+ Years)

Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Law.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Fluent in Arabic, French, and English .

Mastery of MS Office; AI tools knowledge is a plus.

Solid knowledge of labor law and conflict management.
