HRBP

We're looking to hire a professional HRBP for one of the leading multinations in Pharma industry to handle Morocco site & work closely with the regional HR team, the ideal caliber should have solid experience with HR practices & employee management.

A change maker caliber who can balance between people management, employee engagement, embedding company's culture & well managing the organziation from operational perspective.

You will be the focal point of communication with the HR board & the other stakeholders within the organization across the region, and definetly you're the one who can suggest new ideas, come-up with solutions & reviving the spirit within the organization.

Key requirements :

• Minimum of 6 years of total experience in HR.
• Hands-on experience as HRBP is a MUST.
• Fluent English is a MUST.
• Strong communication and consultative skills allowing you to manage different stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills with ability to understand data and propose data-driven solutions
• Flexible with change management mindset.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
• Team player, thriving on supporting the business and working together with colleagues.
• Understanding of Compensation & Benefits principles and market practices is a plus.
