Pastry Chef

Organization- Hyatt Regency Casablanca Résumé Hyatt Regency Casablanca is looking for a talented Pastry Chef for his award winning restaurants, person should have worked at least 7 years in gastronomic restaurants or 5 star hotel with a minimum of 2 years holding a similar position+Our hotel is located in the heart of the busy Casablanca hence candidates with previous experience in similar locations will be a plus. Qualifications Experience in a multicultural environment and running pastry with large volume of operation is required. Able to supervise multi-outlets.Strong knowledge of international (Europe & South East Asia) and Arabic pastry.We are seeking a resolutive, proactive, creative and hands on person who is able to lead the team being a leader.High level of French and HACCP certified is required for this position, Arabic speaking is a real plus
