As an Executive Assistant to Genaral Manager you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, organizing meetings, preparing reports, coordinating calendars, managing emails and other related tasks.
- Proactive and able to multitask,
- Ability to synthesize and track opening schedules,
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents,
- Management of the agenda and making appointments with the general manager,
- Plan the trips of the general manager,
- Organize and coordinate meetings & document meeting minutes,
- Assisting & handling all secretarial work for the office of general manager,
- Excellent command of English and French languages,
- From 3 to 5 years of professional experience,
- Flexible working hours and ability to work within a limited notification period,
- Has the advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Customer relations skills desired,
