THE ROLE
The Partner Operations Analyst will oversee key monthly reports, such as : Resources Report, License Fees Debt Report, Pipeline and Leads Report, and Processes and Database Reports. You will work in a fast-paced environment, you will have a global exposure and work with different cultures and stakeholders.
This will initially be a 1-year Internship with the possibility of extension into a full-time role.
OPPORTUNITIES
- You will be in charge of the monthly Partner reports.
- You will be in charge of Partner sales forecast / funnel reporting.
- You will be in charge of Tforce accuracy for Partner Opportunities.
- You will be in charge of Partner financials : Payables, receivables and negotiation of settlements.
- You will provide information about Partner certified resources on demand.
- You will oversee defining / agreeing on Partner certification goals and timelines.
- You will document the steps in the end-to-end Partner process.
- You will help the due diligence process for onboarding, extending and termination of partner contracts.
- You will work closely with the Marketing team on any logo and providing the corresponding badges every time a Partner gets certified on Migration, Upgrades, Maintenance and Development, Cloud Implementation or Financial Inclusion (after they sign the addendum).
Skills
You should have previous experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role.You should have aptitude with data collection, compilation, analysis and presentation (office 365 applications).You should have excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly and critically.You should have ability to excel in a fast growing / fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where appropriate.You should have ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks.You should have inquisitive, questioning mindset with close attention to detail; leaves no stone unturned and double-checks everything.You should be fluent in English (French is a big plus).VALUES
