Job Title : Field Force Representative
Job Overview:
Field Force Representative implement outdoor activities to support Huawei sales through essential duties; Manage a team of promoters to achieve target, follow up with dealers and external sales staff to achieve target, responsible for Huawei brand visual merchandising and communicate with Huawei distributors.
Main Responsibilities :
A. Manage a team of in a designated area promoters to achieve monthly sales target.
- Plan and / or schedule work for promoters.
- Assign or delegate work to promoters.
- Responsible for promoters’ attendance.
- Monitor promoters’ sales achievement.
- Observe promoters as Huawei ambassadors.
- Evaluate the work of promoters and send said evaluation to direct manager.
- Recommend promotion of promoters.
- Recommend demotion or discharge of promoters.
- Responsible for promoters’ attendance in training
B. Follow up with dealers and sales external sales staff to achieve monthly sales target.
Build rapport with external sales staff and dealers to increase Huawei products sales.Negotiate with dealers and sales staff to give Huawei competitive advantage in shop.Monitor shop sales from Huawei products vs. competitors’ products, in order to support in the development of Huawei sales on a daily basis.Review shops’ sell-out to negotiate with dealers to submit new orders from Huawei products.Motivate dealers and external sales staff to buy Huawei products through our distributers channel to increase sell-through.Train external sales staff on new models to ensure knowledge consistency.C. Responsible for Huawei visual merchandising and brand image.
Receive visual merchandising materials from retail marketing team.Set up visual merchandising materials in store and shops.Coordinate with shops sales staff to put Huawei products in all Golden zones (inside store & in the window display) and shelf share.Protect the brand image in market and maintain that.D. Communicate with Huawei distributors.
Follow up with distributors to fulfill shops orders from Huawei products.E. Market insights
Collect feedback from dealers, consumers, external salesmen and competitors about other brands situation, strategy, etc.Report feedback on spot with their management in a structured wayReporting
