What we need :
Electrical Supervisor
- To carry out the maintenance activities at the plant following procedures and O&M manuals
- To record all the maintenance activities as per work orders instructions
- Commit to achieving company goals such as availability, efficiency, and zero incidents or accidents :
- To provide Permit to work associated with the work orders
- Control the warehouse inventory and properly fill of spare parts transaction, make inventories of the warehouse
- Keep control of the correct use and utilization of tools, machinery and components of the plant
- Provide support to the HSE Manager to implement and control all HSE procedures
- Supervise cleaning operation
- Escalate the need of subcontractor to develop maintenance activities, either under warranties or when maintenance team does not have the skills to develop the activities
- Repair communication problems
- Provide adequate support to carry out the internal audits in the plant.
- Assist to the training courses and obtain the adequate certifications
- Operate MV / HV equipment after training and certification
- Learn the necessary skill to supervise the operation of plant through the SCADA
- Preparation of (monthly, quarterly and yearly) reports as per supervisor instructions
- Get the skills for utilization of tools and machinery
- Assign tools and equipment to operators and Technicians
- Analyze equipment failures;
- Participate in supervising teams of technicians based in various NOMAC PV power plants;
- Plan and organize tools and resources for tasks execution;
- Supervise technician teams and provide on-site support when needed;
- Monitor subcontractor companies;
- Manage spare parts procurement, stock management, and planning and execution of corrective and preventive maintenance tasks;
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and company commitments;
- Generate reports and track project progress in terms of execution, administrative tasks, and budgeting;
- Collaborate closely with all technical, administrative, and financial departments of the company;
- Ensure installations and / or equipment comply with current regulatory requirements;
- Enforce adherence to QHSE rules in the field;
- Implement operational, QHSE, procurement, and control management procedures.
- Prepare RCAs and Incidents reports
Skills
Who will fit :
The candidate should have a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Industrial EngineeringAt least 3 years of experience in a similar position in power electronics fields such as inverters and VFDs, substations, and 60KV and 225KV transformation stations; photovoltaic power plants.Maintenance Experience in High Voltage Equipment Certification in HV OperationCertification in DC / AC Photovoltaic Inverter MaintenanceExperience in Maintenance of Power Plants in Electric Maintenance, DC / AC Ingeteam inverters and PV plant with tracking system (single axis tracker)Job Location Laayoune, Morocco Job Role Supervisor
