Job Overview TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and / or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and / or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities. Responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring and Dashboard Management : Implement and maintain monitoring systems and dashboards to track key metrics and support decision-making.
  • Building Modification Projects and New Project ManagemenEnergy Efficiency : Implement measures to ensure efficient energy usage and conservation.
  • Service Provider Management : Collaborate with service providers and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Building Modification Procedures and Validation : Develop and validate procedures for building modifications, adhering to safety standards.
  • Update and Consolidation of Building Plans : Regularly update and consolidate technical and production building plans.
  • Supplier Consultations : Engage in supplier consultations to secure competitive pricing and explore partnerships.
  • Spare Parts Ordering and Inventory Management :
  • Consumption Monitoring : Analyze resource consumption to optimize resource allocation.
  • Weekly System Check and Stock Threshold : Conduct regular system checks to assess inventory levels and restocking needs.
  • Quarterly Inventory and System Updates

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Civil engineering or electrical engineering
  • 3 years professional experience in the field of Civil engineering or on electrical engineer
  • Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
  • Good Knowledge and competence in electrical engineering
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Skills in Design and Knowledge of technical drawing, design and structural calculation software (such as CAD )
  • Ability to conduct surveys and analyses
  • Knowledge of technical standards on constructions
  • Management and organizational skills and problem solving
  • Develop and improve communication within the site
  • Establish regular communication with the team.
  • Ability to work in a practical and independent manner
