Job Description
- Collaborate with the team to develop, maintain, and enhance product features.
- Triage and resolve software issues, working with Customer Support, Product Management, and other dev teams.
- Identify issue patterns and potential root causes and advocate for systemic fixes.
- Contribute to automation and innovation initiatives.
- Promote practices that drive code quality and team productivity.
Qualifications
Bac+5 in IT or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of experience.
