Position overview :

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, our future HR development responsible will have as main mission ensuring that the plant has the people it needs in terms of talent and attitude in order to meet company goals and also to identify and analyze training needs according to the economic and social policy of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and analyze training needs, according to the economic and social policy of the company
  • Organize and support training activities and prepare the necessary documentation.
  • Verify and update training modules in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • Participate in the production and delivery of certain internal training modules.
  • Track training KPIs
  • Ensure follow-up training budgets
  • Define recruitment needs and follow the recruitment process until the choice of the final candidate and its implementation (internal and external recruitment)
  • Ensure the integration of new recruits
  • Monitor trial periods for new recruits and end of contracts
  • Monitor internal and external recruitment and promotions KPIs
  • Manage and participate in the creation of the company's internal and external communication forms and content.
  • Organize and participate in social activities and special annual events : Women's Day, Tombola, Ashura, Ramadan, etc.
  • Ensure training and recruitment procedures are updated
  • Participate in group projects (digitalization of training)
  • Make sure that all employees perform their duties in compliance with the rules and regulations and encourage them to be involved in the energy, environment, safety, and health program.
  • Actively collaborate with all functions to achieve / maintain the following certifications : IATF & ISO 14001

Key skills and Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in HR Management or business management
  • Proven experience in a similar position (at least 4 years as HR coordinator / at least 5 years HR experience in total)
  • HR tools : Peoplesoft, Sage...
  • Legal and legislative experience and knowledge
  • Experience in the automotive field is a plus
  • Sense of leadership and organization
  • Team spirit and availability
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
