Position Summary (Pre-sales Clinical Application Specialist) Develop and maintain KOLs relationship, support customer breakthrough, distributor team empowerment and reagent promotion. Support Mindray sales team to make breakthrough in high end customer groups via professional clinical evaluation or analyzer domo, and impact the marketing based on marketing promotion. In addition, this position will be focused on targeting relevant hospital-based clinicians and driving clinician awareness and adoption of the laboratory assays when incorporated in clinical strategies. Responsibilities : Provide technical support and training to distributors and key account. Coordinate and support product evaluation or validation. Product management : coordinate with sales team and product team to lead the marketing scan, analyzer demo, promotion, reference site set up. Cooperate with KOLs for clinical research and academic study. Collect and analyze marketing information and sales data to understand and meet customer requirements. Visit client regularly and promote reagent for value-based management. Requirements : More than 2 years’ experience in hospital diagnostics laboratory and / or similar experience in the industry. Well known general procedure for a product evaluation / validation. Good English Communication and Presentation skill. Bachelor degree and above in clinical diagnostics or appropriate science or medical displine. Self-motivated, Hard-working, willing to travel.
